The sliding piece of this Defender cardan shaft is protected against the ingress of dirty water by a radial shaft seal. The universal joints are designed in a reinforced 30 mm version and can be lubricated.
The shaft works tension-free at an angle of up to 35°. This makes the ENGAGE4X4 double universal joint cardan shaft absolutely essential for Land Rover Defenders with a suspension lift to counteract vibrations in the driveline.
Another special feature is the new greasable sliding piece developed by ENGAGE4X4, where the grease nipple is protected so that the shaft can be serviced even after extreme off-road use.
