ENGAGE4X4 heavy-duty off-road shackle

The ENGAGE4X4 Epic Shackle was developed in Germany according to the latest specifications. Special emphasis was placed on usability in all temperatures.

Standard shackle for off-road use

At sub-zero temperatures, the structure of the metal in conventional shackles changes, reducing the breaking load of standard shackles by up to 50%. In off-road use, this can lead to dangerous accidents and damage to vehicles or even serious injuries. Together with a German manufacturer, we have developed a shackle that reliably withstands the highest demands of off-road use.

Special features in the production of the ENGAGE4X4 shackle

The ENGAGE4X4 Epic Shackle is drop-forged from 20 CrNiMo and then hardened and tempered with extremely high low-temperature toughness.
The ENGAGE4X4 Epic Shackle can be used from -40 to +400° with a full load capacity of 6 tons. The breaking load tested in Germany is 24 tons.
